Someone posted on Neowin asking for the Paltalk sounds so they could use them in MSN Messenger. I thought that was a cool idea, so replied with them attached. I wanted to take things a bit further and get the sounds also from AIM, Yahoo!, ICQ, etc.

It's also worth mentioning, the sounds from Windows Messenger are the same in MSN Messenger prior to version 5. (nostalgia anyone?)

To change the sounds in MSN Messenger, go to Tools > Options, and in the 'alerts and Sounds' section, click the Sounds button. Scroll to the bottom and chose the sound events and click browse to pick your new sound of choice. Mix and match :D
